After 35 years, Black Sabbath have played their final show. Present day, Ozzy's sporadically touring, and rumored to be releasing a new album in the next year. However, this week in 1978, the band roared through the Cumberland County Civic Center to a crowd at 80% capacity. The lack of a sellout wasn't a surprise, as the band were creatively on empty, and Ozz would be dismissed withing a few months due to well documented drug issues. Opening the show with Snowblind would be another sign of the band's state of mind. The relatively short set included all the highlights of Ironman, Fairies Wear Boots, and the closer, Paranoid.
