This week, it's a fairly recent throwback. 11 years ago, Jethro Tull's Ian Anderson took the songs on the road with a different spin. Taking an orchestra on the road, Anderson, with signature flute, set up shop at the State Theater on September 30th. Ian opened with "Eurology," before seguing into "Living In The Past." The orchestra sprung to life with "Life's A Long Song," and the first set was full of standards like "Wond'ring Aloud," "Mother Goose," and others. After a brief intermission, the crew returned for set two with "Aqualung," "My God," and closing the show "Locomotive Breath."
