Maine's Department of Transportation has created license plates and signs in honor of Captain Michael Bell who was killed in last week's explosion. The plates are red and white with Farmington Fire Department at the top and Capt. Michael Bell at the bottom with the date of the accident and C-4 in the center of the plate according to centralmaine.com.

The plates will be given to the Farmington Fire Department and the cost were covered by the Maine State Police and Maine DoT.
