Twenty years ago this week, Carlos Santana rolled into Old Orchard Beach on the aptly titled USA & Caribbean Tour. If the tour's name sounds underwhelming, it's mainly because the band was indeed on cruise control. Record sales and concert ticket numbers have significantly dipped, and Carlos was pondering his next step. He wanted to back on the radio, and soon he and Clive Davis would hash out what would eventually become the blockbuster Supernatural.

This show wasn't about the hits. Sure, "Everybody's Everything" is here, and a cover of Bob Marley's Exodus highlights the set. However, mostly album tracks and even a unknown song slid into this set.
